Early on, Tim seemed to be living under the wing of Matt Redman but he came into his own with song Here I Am To Worship [a mainstay in modern worship]. The massive popularity of this song was followed up with a musically mediocre sophomore album that still had some powerful songwriting [Consuming Fire & Beautiful One]. His third album, Hold Nothing Back, was his best yet. It was musically driving, ambient, and had some great song writing value to it. Happy Day [Live], brought his previous songs up to pace with the musical quality of Hold Nothing Back and offered a few new, notable songs. Tim is an amazing leader live and I can’t wait to see what this next album has to offer, especially with the production skills of Martin Smith at hand! [More info here]
